Everybody’s plastic, but I love plastic. I want to be plastic.

Aliens and politicians

I spent Independence Day 2016 in Los Angeles. It was a weird holiday for America - an election year when we would be forced to choose between the first female presidential candidate and the first orange man. Insane ideas formed radical factions across the country, like Climate-change Deniers and White Nationalists. Communism was back in vogue. The North American cross-section of the human species seemed less like the pinnacle of 4 billion years of evolution and more like waring tribes on the brink of extinction.

Naked and proud

The first time I went to a nude beach was my first trip to San Diego. We stumbled on it by accident looking for a place to surf. The culture was infectious - serene and honest. On impulse, my friend and I decided to strip down to our skin and do a nude male photoshoot. It was as every bit as empowering as nudists describe.
