Sculpting, hacking, and re-imagining the world around us

I’m a designer pioneering immersive computing at Google. I bridge the gap between hardware and software design to craft more delightful experiences with technology. I’ve invented foundational technologies for mixed reality and I’ve designed pivotal products recognized by the Cannes Grand Prix, a spot in the MoMA permanent collection, and a few million happy users.

I spend a lot of time working on the technological future and I balance that with a fair amount of time exploring the present. I’m always looking for a new place to discover, a good wave to surf, or the perfect cup of coffee to sip. I document the best bits in photographs and sketches.
